The Waterfront team helped Connie Landis restore and reinvent her classic brick home on Bay Street in downtown Petoskey. In 2017, plans were made to return this home to its former glory and with Connie’s artistic input, the team was able to pull it off. The buildings foundation was reestablished, its bones straightened, and the owner’s well-crafted themes were installed throughout. This gorgeous home, which doubles as Connie’s personal art gallery, stands out on a busy corner of the Gas Light District. At night, the lighting from the front parlor makes the street side windows glow reminding the passerby of an old post card they once noticed in a nearby store.
