Marking our first panelized home through Wausau Homes Petoskey, this project came with many challenges to overcome. But Waterfront’s commitment to quality and our customer satisfaction guarantee carried us through the winter months with flying colors. Starting with a fully custom home design through Wausau Homes, The Backwoods Lodge boasts an enormous screened in porch, built-in office space, a custom, end-grain log siding entryway, and a great room with kitchen to make the most of family gatherings. This home was built from the ground up and fully finished within a nine month span, despite the trials of Covid 19. Headed up by the Chief Operations Officer, Mike McTevia.
