Gregg Garn founded Waterfront Property Management & Builders, Inc. in 2006. His aim was to build a company with the reputation of integrity, quality workmanship, and dependability, developing a loyal client base that trusted his delivery. Ownership of the company has since shifted to Gregg's son-in-law Joe, who brings his knowledge of Business Management and his love for and commitment to the communities within Northern Michigan to the table, expanding Waterfront's reach while maintaining the same level of personalized customer service.
